Ok, this was my first attempt at an aircraft model in paper. I have dozens of aircraft I've constructed out of plastic and resin, and hey, why not try one in paper? I chose the Pilatus PC-7 from ThaiPaperwork (since it was free). This is a 1/48 model that looks very clean and crisp. I did replace the exhaust pipes with some plastic tubing I had on my desk and replaced the landing gear with toothpick cores. I have no issues using non-paper components in my models if it makes things better. This model did take a while to get through due to all the parts, but it went together in a straight forward manner and with a relatively minimum amount of fuss... and I do have a soft spot in my heart for forestry, trainer, and coast guard aircraft. This one is definitely worth the free download and is probably worth more than that. It was definitely an enjoyable build. Click on the thumbnail for a larger image.
